The storytellers in us were already dreaming about the excitement of what was to come when we first heard about Westmoore. A dream five years in the making thanks to the future Silver Line Metro and an introduction of New Urbanism not yet seen in Ashburn, VA. A best of both worlds combination would exist in the convenience of connectivity and the peacefulness of suburban living. With strong and strategic pre-sales marketing efforts heavily focused on digital, via a targeted Google AdWords and social media campaign, and an award-winning sales environment to made that dream come to life, interest was buzzing.

Full disclosure here. LM Marketing Group may have been a little giddy when we received an opportunity to design the Greeting House for three-time GALA winner, Willowsford. Our client, NVHomes, gave us only one suggestion for its new design direction. It had to have a barn-like feel for this farm-to-table inspired community. Part of our job as marketers is to ask the right questions. So in interviewing our client, we knew there was an immediate challenge. Willowsford already has two beautiful community sales centers that often times get bypassed by prospects, as tours usually start and end walking the models. Willowsford has such an amazing story to tell. And although this was our challenge, LM Marketing Group saw the opportunity to be had. So we channeled our inner Joanna Gaines and added a bit of the Willowsford personality to come up with the final result.

Potomac Shores is a lifestyle and the siteplan alone tells a BIG story. And when one image has so much to say, you give it the best placement to do its job. As a wallpaper, you can’t miss all there is to this award-winning community. With a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design golf course dotting the landscape. Trails winding through. Schools, The Shores Club and neighborhood districts with homes built by the nation’s top builders, Ryan Homes, NVHomes, Brookfield Residential and Pulte Homes. And, just like its namesake, it’s on the shores of something beautiful along the mighty Potomac. An interactive photo display comes to life with a video at the center of it all. A design so unique, we were asked to repurpose it for a smaller townhome sales space, too. An award-winning sales center for an award-winning community.

a high-style neighbor.
Inspiration was right in front of us, when we were asked by Ryan Homes to design their Sales Center space at Cabin Branch in Clarksburg, Maryland. The designs were branded from the outside, in. With neighboring Clarksburg Town Center, the Cabin Branch Sales Center took on a small shop feel. With kiosk style lighting and floor to ceiling store front style windows setting the tone outside. The warm welcome continued inside in the form of an oversized greeting table and, of course, from the coffee bar. A light-up siteplan table under a tryptic video tells the story of the lifestyle across three screens. As one of our smaller sales center projects, the end result was a design as warm as the interest of the prospects who step inside.
